Before you can board your cat with us, you must ensure they have an up-to-date vaccination certificate, with your vet’s details on it.
NB: If a certificate is not provided prior to stay, and we are still unable to obtain confirmation of dates from your vet, then in the interests of your cat and our other customers’ cats we will unfortunately be unable to take your booking.
We also request that your cat should be defleaed and wormed at least 2 weeks prior to boarding to eliminate any unwanted flea guest.
We are happy to accommodate cats taking medication, and will be happy to administer medication as per your vet’s instructions. Appropriate storage of all medications is available on site.
In case of an emergency or illness we will always attempt to contact your own vet first, however if this is not possible we will ask our local vet to examine your cat. Any cost incurred will be responsibility of the owner.
Your cat will only be accepted for drop off/collection during our opening hours. Although we may accept cats outside of these hours by appointment /arrangement only.
If your cat is not collected within 14days of the agreed departure date, and no communication from the owner has been received, we may take the decision to rehome the cat(s) at our discretion.
Everything your cat requires for their stay here is provided, although if you wish to bring your own cats bedding, scratching post and any toys please feel free, as this may aid the cat settling in?
